one of the interesting Idol that i enjoy watching is Australian Idol,past years i watched Casey Donovan be the Australian Idol in 2001, and the runner up was Anthony Callea and last year Natalie Gauci was the Australian Idol 2007

V Day(My house a casino)

on last Thursday(14th February)i spent my Valentine's Day at home ,NO V Day doesn't stand for Vendetta :P,hehe juz kidding:)
i went for my acupuncture session then came back home i had 4 great friends to come by my humble home n play cards with me. which are Macha(Joshua Chang),Sarah Lim,Isaac Ravi and TX(Tian Xiang).First we played Texas Hold'em Poker with Jun Min's poker chips.we broght Sarah over to the dark side cuz she dunno how to play poker:)
there was 1 round someone said i hope i get 2 As',in that round i got the 2 As'wahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.i wanted to put all in but that would be too obvious rite.then Sarah wanted to play Bridge.so we played a few rounds of Bridge. then we played Chor Tai Di(Big 2,we played 3 rounds.(1st 2 rounds i had the Tai Di(the biggest 2)and Ravi had the Yi Di(2nd biggest 2)then the last round Josh said he will confirm firm win with the cards he have,BUT i won that round:)hehe that day my house turned into a casino cuz we played 3 cardgames(Poker,Bridge and Chor Tai Di)

on Sunday morning i woke up early to watch the NBA All Star Saturday which they have 4 events:1.Haier Shooting Stars
2.Playstation Playing Skills
3.3-Point Shootout
4.Sprite Slam Dunk Contest
this is the video of the winner of the Slam Dunk contest i was really in awe with those skills by Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic


and because of that he is now known as Dwight the superman Howard.then on monday it was the All Star game where the Eastern Conference will play againts the Western Conference.at the end East won the West 134- 128 and Lebron James is the MVP All Star Game.thats it for now

Switchfoot concert on 2ndFeb

last Saturday(2ndFeb 2008)Teck Jhim,Su Ann,Cherie Boey,Sek Teng and me went to the Switchfoot concert in KLCovention Centre together.
once we came out of the lift,a lady who is one of the All Access Crew came up to me and ask "Are you attending the concert?" i replied"Yes,I am:)"
then she said"Please come with me,there's a place for you(i get to be right in front,near the stage)BUT you can only bring one of your friend in with you"there were alot of Yc-ians who went like Jun Min,Abang Joe,Terry,Crystal Cha,Cedric Cha,Isaac Ravi,Debra Nita,Denise Ng,Danielle Ng,Jonathan Lim,Joshua Yong,Sarah Yong,Heng Ian,Heng Zie,Nicholas Chong,Nina Ng there was also Sarah Lim and Jody Wong.
